**Overview:** We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in food service or the hospitality industry is preferred - Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance the dining experience Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic environment where your customer service skills will shine.
