Job Description:

As a Full-Cycle Accountant at Effective Funding, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is highly desirable
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in Merchant Cash Advance.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
