Transform HR Consulting is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Sarasota, FL

Our client, SRQ Gold, is a team with Michael Saunders & Company Commercial Division that is looking to bring on a part-time or full-time Administrative Assistant!

Are you a professional that wants to grow through an association with a company that is Best in Brand in Sarasota/ Manatee marketplace? This role reports directly to a top producing Commercial Agent so big things happen every day.

This position is responsible for building the brand, property marketing, and administration duties to bring new properties listed to market, and current properties to close. Working with our broker, you will coordinate all activities to list, fulfill, and sell or lease commercial property in our local market and beyond.

The ideal person will have a positive attitude, like new challenges, have a business mindset, be well organized with a keen sense of prioritization and the ability to launch campaigns through email, press releases, and social media in coordination with principal and company marketing department. This role includes coordinating inspections, documentation, due diligence, and critical data for smooth commercial sales transactions. Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing email & social media campaigns including: Designing eblasts for individual listings and groups of like properties and sending to specific groups as directed; Designing posts for LinkedIn and Facebook by linking property eblasts to all social media formats and scheduling. Content provided by Principal as social media posts.
  • Implementing prospecting processes as designed by Principal.
  • Managing prospecting lists: adding/ updating and segmenting contacts and prospects into. CRM (Contact Management System) and eblast groups.
  • Preparation for Listing presentations with Power Point and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Coordinating inspections and scheduling, documentation.
  • Due diligence coordination on properties under contract.
  • Creating Targeted listing materials.
  • Knowledge of these sites is a plus but not required: Build Out, Dot Loop, MFCRE, Costar, and Crexi.
  • Answering and responding to email inquiries.
  • Forwarding questions to broker.
  • Scheduling showings for broker.
  • Facilitating showings for tenant representative brokers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and periodization skills.
  • Extremely detailed-oriented and organized.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Proactive thinker and problem solver.
  • Proven success with social media, specifically LinkedIn.
  • Experience with a Contact Management system, preferred.
  • Proficient with Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.

Excellent starting salary based upon experience. Will work out of Downtown Sarasota offices and some home virtual office. Licensed Assistant would have additional responsibilities or opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
