We are actively looking to hire a compassionate APRN to join the team in Panama City, FL/ Palatka, FL.

In this role you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care. This role allows you to work autonomously, assessing acute and non-acute clinical issues.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct independent assessments of acute and non-acute clinical concerns.

· Perform thorough physical assessments and maintain detailed patient histories.

· Analyze patient condition trends and devise comprehensive management plans.

· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care strategies.

· Provide patient education, counseling, and support for patients and their families.

· Stay current with relevant medical procedures, treatments, and best practices.

Requirements:

· Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.

· Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.

· Current DEA number for controlled substances.

· Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

· Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.

· Previous experience in primary care or a similar setting is preferred.

· Flexibility with optional after-hours and weekend shifts.

· No hospital rounding or call duties.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
