Reporting to the Senior Director of Media, the Freelance Media Supervisor will play a supporting role in media strategy development and manage workflow to deliver excellent work. This individual also continually evaluates and improves upon media processes and opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute media plans including ongoing metrics and optimizations
• Exhibit strong brand and lead generation expertise
• Partner effectively with Account Management, Strategy and Data teams
• Nimble & able to handle “just in time” requests, while owning deliverables and maintaining a high standard of quality

What You'll Bring:

• A college degree and five to seven years of media planning and/or buying experience (with at least three years of online experience)
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Ads & prominent Social Platforms required
• Proficiency with Google Analytics & StackAdapt is a plus
• An understanding of the digital environment – you know this world by heart, and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it – and a clear understanding of the media planning and buying process
• Exceptional communication skills – you’re skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations
• B2B experience highly preferred
