Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance and healthcare needs, providing personalized advice and solutions.

Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new leads to expand the agency's client base and reach.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest offerings in life, health, and Medicare insurance products to effectively educate and assist clients.

Policy Recommendations: Present clients with tailored insurance plans that align with their individual requirements and budget.

Bilingual Communication: Use your language skills to effectively communicate with clients who speak Spanish.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with state and federal insurance regulations and guidelines.

Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients built on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Life/Health/Medicare insurance license

Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial but not required.
