Summary

Administrative Assistant provides support to the VP of Legal for JMK Holdings Management Companies while handling a variety of tasks to ensure that the interactions of all corporate organizations are seamless and productive.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as scheduled and ready to work.
• Maintain multiple records, logs, and reports, both electronic and physical for multiple corporate companies.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• General Office Manager duties including coordinating office maintenance, upkeep, and supplies.
• Process shipments and mail with UPS, FedEx and Stamps.com and distribute the same accordingly.
• Conduct projects, research or other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 years office experience or associates
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Have excellent follow up skills, with the ability to see tasks through to successful conclusion.
• Possess solid Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel & Access)

Pay Rate

• Hourly pay rate based on experience.
