Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and possess a strong understanding of color theory.

Duties:
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, or smoothing surfaces
- Apply paint or other finishes using hand tools, brushes, or rollers
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment for large projects
- Perform stucco repairs and application
- Assist with fixture installation, carpentry work, and remodeling projects
- Utilize knowledge of building and renovating structures
- Welding skills for metal surface preparation and painting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with expertise in color theory
- Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Knowledge of carpentry for minor repairs and remodeling tasks
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques for efficiency
- Capability to build or renovate structures as needed

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in fixture installation
- Welding skills for metal surface preparation
- Ability to build or renovate structures
