LACROIX Electronics MI, LLC is the North American entity of the Electronics Activity and is one of the premier specialty provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) with a revenue over $200M planned in 2023. Locations are in Michigan, Texas, and Juarez Mexico.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of components used in manufacturing as set forth by production requirements
• Procurement of non-inventory materials, services, and MRO
• Manage all aspects of contract issues to ensure required deadlines are met
• Report material arrival dates based on shop orders during production meetings
• Attend to daily issues on the Red Card Log and to weekly MRP requirements
• Coach suppliers on material requirements in weekly Bond Reports
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms
• Lead logistical cost analysis to improve profitability
• Assist in the quotation of new business, interfacing with the sales team and account management team when needed
• Assist other members of the purchasing team during periods of increased workload such as program launches, prototype builds, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years college (4-year degree preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
• Good working knowledge of MRP & EDI systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
