PIP Realty Group is hiring part-time rental showing agents to attend pre-scheduled appointments with rental prospects at our available units. Compensation is hourly up to 3 hours per day to start when appointments are booked. Our team will pre-screen and pre-book appointments with leads, you will be providing access to the available units and answering questions about the listing based solely upon written information provided by the Property Manager and Rental Marketing team. If not yet licensed (Leasing Agent or Real Estate Broker), applicants must be ready to immediately enroll in the Leasing Agent training class to prepare for the Leasing Agent Licensing exam to be completed within 120 days of joining our team.

• Hourly compensation of $15-30/hour depending upon experience
• Currently Licensed Leasing Agents and Brokers will be immediately eligible for $100 bonus per showing that results in a successful application and new lease from prospect
• Unlicensed applicants must immediately enroll in the Leasing Agent training class at their own expense
• Company will reimburse for training class and license exam costs upon success passing the license exam and submitting your license for sponsorship with PIP Realty Group
• During the 120 day Leasing Agent trainee period, no bonuses will be earned. Leasing Agent license can be achieved within 60 days by motivated job applicants.
