WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: LICENSED & PRE-LICENSED THERAPISTS!!!
The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care with women adjusting to life changes in the perinatal period and is interested in helping develop and grow a perinatal specific program within our organization.The ideal candidate also possesses leadership skills and is interested in potential leadership roles within the program.
Degrees & Licenses Required:
  • Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • LPCA, LMSW, LMFT-Associates with @ least 2 years of experience & in the process of pursuing licensure
  • LPC, LCSW & LMFTs with or without an existing caseload
Required Certifications/Skill Sets:
  • Clinical experience working with individuals who are struggling with infertility, perinatal loss, traumatic births, pregnancy issues, postpartum depression and anxiety and any other prenatal or postpartum stress or concerns.
  • Basic & advanced training through PSI preferred
  • Experience with program development and networking
Preferred Certifications/Skill Sets:
  • PMH-C Certification, or training through Postpartum Support international
  • Any other training relevant to women's life issues and transitions
  • Advanced training in one evidence based treatment for perinatal mental health conditions preferred (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IPT)
  • Past experience in leadership roles
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis (please know how to utilize the DSM-5, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy)
  • Maintain a minimum of caseload of at least 28 patient visits per week
  • Comfort & familiarity in working with a diverse client base
  • Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities where needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients & utilize creativity in interventions to help them achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned
