Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Crowe LaFave Garfield & Bagley, LLC is currently seeking a paralegal to support our litigation attorneys. Applicants should be experienced in managing all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal court. Remote candidates may be considered.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years’ experience in managing all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal court as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Experience in trial support is a plus.
- A paralegal degree or certification is preferred.
- Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the firm.
- Must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, and be eager to grow with the firm.
- Should take pride in a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and consistent.
- Possess strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, as well as a general understanding of software systems to access and utilize firm’s case management and client billing systems.
- Strong and stable work history.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
