Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document work orders and maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Provide excellent customer service

- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
