Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and preparing a range of dishes, including individual orders or banquet services for group of 200 . The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and a strong leader.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation and presentation
- Hire, train, and lead kitchen staff
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and within budget
- Follow all food safety rules and regulations
- Establish goals and KPIs
Qualifications :
- High school diploma/GED
- Extensive previous culinary experience
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
