BrightStar Care is a Joint Commission accredited, independently owned and operated home care and medical staffing company, based in Olathe, serving the Kansas City Metro Area.

The Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator role is a multi-faceted position that encompasses the entire operations process for the recruiting and home care divisions. The Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator has several roles, from sourcing, interviewing and onboarding quality team members to the management and coordination of client and employee schedules and relationships. The Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator is required to participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
