River City Grill & Italia is seeking passionate, hands-on souschefs for each restaurant. We are a local, independent and chef-owned restaurant group that has been at the forefront of dining in Charlotte County for 20 years. The right candidate will be able to lead an award winning team through empathetic management, hard work and attention to detail. A wide variety of cooking styles and disciplines are key. Knowledge of both the creative and financial aspects of running a multi-million dollar kitchen is paramount. A love of the restaurant industry, hospitality and cuisine should be at your core. In return, you will have directed creative freedom and the opportunity to learn from a team with over 100 years of combined experience.
