Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient interactions and medical histories in real-time.

Duties:

- Transcribe Medical Information: Record patient history, physical examinations, procedures, and other pertinent information accurately.
- Assist with Medical Documentation: Ensure all medical charts are complete and up-to-date.
- Utilize Medical Terminology: Apply knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology in documentation.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Enter Data into Electronic Systems: Input patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is required.
- Ability to type accurately and quickly.
- Knowledge of ER procedures and medical records management is a plus.
- Proficiency in transcribing medical information into electronic systems.
