Main Roles:

Dietician

Nutritionist

Health Coach

Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Coach patients on healthy living, diet & exercise.

Educating patients on diet/excercise & lifestyle choices to make healthier decisions

Phlebotomist/Draw Blood. (In-Office Training available)

Conduct and analyze medical lab tests with precision and speed.

Engage with patients and healthcare staff with a warm, approachable demeanor.

Clearly explain lab results and procedures to patients and families.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume setting.

Uphold the highest standards of lab safety and compliance.

Advocating for you patients

Qualifications:

Solid medical lab experience (experience preferred, not required).

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to work swiftly and accurately under pressure.

A track record of excellent patient education and support.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Health Coach to join our team. The Health Coach will work closely with clients to provide guidance on health and wellness, offering support and motivation to help individuals achieve their health goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct health coaching sessions with clients to assess their current health status and develop personalized wellness plans

- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall lifestyle improvements

- Utilize diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment techniques to tailor coaching strategies

- Educate clients on various health topics including dietetics, and physiology knowledge

- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to wellness plans as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in health coaching or a related field

- Knowledge of aliment, dietetics, Medical terms, and healthy lifestyle

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire clients towards positive lifestyle changes

- Certification in health coaching or related certifications is a plus

- Experience with Medical Weightloss Medications preferred
