Job Title: Entry Level Account Executive

Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the agency
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance agents
- Provide guidance and support to agents in their sales efforts
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service
- Maintain accurate records of sales, policies, and customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have reliable transportation, computer and phone
