Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including investigating and documenting any suspicious behavior or activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries or concerns
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and discipline on the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents requiring their assistance
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift
Skills:
- Military experience or training is preferred but not required
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and practices
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and regulations
