**Job Summary**:
Oversee parts management and vat leak tests, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Supervise welding operations on the 3rd shift.
Manage parts inventory and ensure availability.
Bend metal (as required)
Conduct vat leak tests and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Train and mentor welding staff.

**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5 years of welding experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Language Requirements **
Intermediate English
