The Learning Team is accountable for developing our people through impactful and innovative learning programs centered on user experience and driven by continuous improvement.
The Learning Operations Specialist will act as AMEI L&D administrator for both Workday and Intelex, ensuring timely analysis and implementation of our global learning offer, as well as supporting users.

• Responsibilities will include:
  - Supporting the elaboration of AMEI training offer
  - managing the whole process from registration to evaluation, and ensuring all training are recorded in MyHR
  - Managing internal and external training providers
  - organizing inhouse trainings (virtual or face to face)
  - supporting training payment process
  - supporting entities' coordinators through Intelex processes

• Support the deployment of WD Learning and Intelex in AMEI.

• Become the Team expert to support AMEI entities and BUs in their daily interactions with WD, and Intelex

• Contribute to design a structured learning process.

• Train others on new features and foster new ways of learning using WD.

• After assessing AMEI needs (from Individual Development plans, Performance Reviews), create in the tool a comprehensive learning offer mixing group and regional offerings.

• Support the organization of learning sessions in the different entities.

• Act as a change agent to further the HR Transformation and strengthen Air Liquide as a Learning Organization

Qualifications & Experience: (list education, certifications, training, work experience, etc.)

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.

• Masters or Bachelor's degree

• English and French fluency is mandatory. Arabic is desirable.
