National Roof Co is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Goodlettsville, TN

Overview:

Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic and growing sales force. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Compensation: Average monthly income ranges from $5,700-$8,200

  • Pay: $20 per hour
  • Bonus: $125 for each qualified deal (Average 2 per day)
  • Uncapped bonuses

Hours:

  • Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Schedule: flexible schedule, Saturdays required

Responsibilities:

  • Educate homeowners about the benefits of our roofing services including insurance based coverage
  • Schedule appointments for our project managers to provide roofing assessments and estimates
  • Maintain accurate records of leads acquired and follow-up activities
  • Identify potential customers and build relationships within qualified territories
  • Utilize internal software to identify high-impact locations devastated by storm damage, ensuring targeted canvassing for maximum sales opportunities and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
  • Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
  • Proficiency in utilizing Acculynx, Spotio or similar CRM software
