We are adding a key position to our company in the role of Distribution Operations Lead. We are a small company and as such this position will have four areas of responsibility: Receiving, Quality Compliance, Inventory Management and Shipping.
This individual is the “Go-To” person that has command of ROTHKOPF processes around parts, quality, suppliers and customers. Their attention to detail, ability to follow detailed processes, effective problem-solving and thoughtful decision-making on the floor, enable them to be a trusted and reliable resource for their co-workers and the company.
Requirements

• Physical: unload/load trucks, handle pallets, boxes 50# (max), on your feet most of the day.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years with at least 2 years using Inventory Management Software to perform job functions
• Math and Reading: Demonstrate capabilities at high school graduate level (minimum) or higher, via test/exercise
• Technical / Computer: Sufficient skills to navigate Inventory Management Software; Operate electronic scales to calculate precise piece-weights and quantities; Use bar-code scanner to capture/input data; Use digital/mechanical calipers to measure small parts for compliance with mechanical drawings

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, hours 7:30am > 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.
