Create and foster a positive customer experience for our sand/gravel and other dealers and applicators through product knowledge and support. Implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and supports our sales professionals. Actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Educates and develops relationships with potential and existing dealer base in an effort to grow the business
Coordinate sales efforts and implements strategies with the outside sales team
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s product or services
Periodically performs inspections and prepares report results
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as directed or advised
Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Record sales activities through CRM in NetSuite
Provide estimates, quotes, and other bid specifications for project-based work
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
REQUIRED SKILL / ABILITIES
Available to travel 70% of the time
Proven record of sales growth and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Organized with attention to detail
Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales-related field
Outstanding prioritizing and decision-making abilities
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Knowledge in NetSuite ERP/CRM
Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, and a professional demeanor

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Travel to meet with clients or potential cleints will be required on occasion.
COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Industrial engineering, or a related field
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Background and driver’s license check

Minimum 5 years of experience at the same position
Experience in sand/gravel industry
