Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Collaborate with Company Leadership to address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients or upper management
- Manage project budgeting, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and contract management
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Experience in construction estimating and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion.
