Licensed Clinical Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Administer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients in crisis situations

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, Psychology or a related field
- Licensed required
- Proven experience in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
