In simple terms, we are seeking an Operations and Sales Support Manager to work hand-in-hand with a powerful team of Real Estate Agents. In truth we are seeking an Organizational and Process-Oriented whiz with leadership traits who will boldly hold all around them accountable to be a vital foundation for us as a TEAM to perform at a high-level in every department while scaling with our growth.We seek:
  • Someone with minimum 3 years experience on a real estate team handling closings and onboarding properties, handling some level of operations on a real estate team or managing a real estate team. Experience can be on a real estate sales team, title company or lending.
  • Someone That’s A Master Problem Solver in a Constantly Fast Moving Environment - you are superb at project management, reverse engineering, constantly pivoting to meet daily needs/goals and finding the “third door” . You thrive in wearing multiple hats and would love to be in an ever-evolving start-up style environment. You can see the big picture while handling all the minutia

  • Professional who is comfortable with numbers and analytics. You can put together financials, handle weekly scorecards, track expenses and opportunities, put together market data, work with bookkeeping.

We Offer:
  • $75k a year. A base salary of $50k PLUS a commission structure for every real estate closing that’ll pay you above industry standards with a realistic opportunity to earn $75k yearly

As Operations Manager and Sales Support at The Morshed Group you will be expected to:
  • Be a 9 or better on managing contract to close processes and onboarding listings
  • Manage/close 15 files a month and limit agent’s hours in contract to close processes and listings to 5 hours or less a week
  • Generate 5 star reviews for your work.
  • Hit weekly kpi’s tied to your quarterly and annual goals for operations and those that support our sales goals.
  • Research and implement new programs or platforms as we scale.
  • Handle initial interviews to help bring on the right A players as well as onboard and do partial training
  • Run daily huddles and weekly meetings
  • Work weekends or help handle contract documents periodically over weekends
