Job Title: Certified Mastectomy Fitter (CMF)

Job Description:

-Measure patients and properly fit and provide instruction on how to use and maintain post mastectomy prosthesis, bras and related supplies.

-Work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

-Certification as a Mastectomy Fitter (CMF) by the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) or the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC).-

-High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical technology, health sciences) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in breast prosthesis, bra, and compression garment fitting.

- Experience with healthcare billing practices for mastectomy and compression garments.
