Colorado Home Services is Hiring a Lead Whole House Fan Installer Handyman - Residential (3 yrs exp) Near Lakewood, CO

Role Summary: Experienced whole house fan installer, preferably electrical apprentice or wireman, to lead residential fan and vent installation services in an independent, customer-facing position, installing whole house fans, attic fans and vents, wiring switches, cutting drywall, running circuits, and providing various services in new construction and existing homes. Must be comfortable working in attics and on roofs, have solid electrical knowledge and good presence with customers. Naturally, the role will require physical ability and confidence to climb around roofs, in attics, up ladders, and carry materials.

Training: Experience with whole house fan installation, residential home electrical systems, roofing and shingle work, and possibly some framing is desired in the candidate. CHS provides on-the-job training regarding products and best practices.

Role Details: Our Lead Whole House Fan Installers (Project Managers) apply a wide array of skills to installations, such as wiring, roof work, drywall, and more. The Lead is responsible for seeing each job to completion in a timely and thorough manner with the collaboration of an Installation Technician (apprentice). Communicating with customers, and executing jobs to standard are daily requirements. You will be provided with a company vehicle to drive to the job sites, and office support to execute services such as fan installation and replacement, roof vent installation, wiring switches, and more. You will work closely with JWs and our ME, and all hours will be accounted for towards electrical licensure.

Training and Advancement: CHS leadership provides thought partnership, hands-on training, mentorship, and feedback to to support professional development. CHS also covers professional fees and has a tuition reimbursement program for aspiring JWs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
