Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager at AlaMed Injury Clinics. The Case Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing patient cases and coordinating with medical staff. These tasks include ensuring proper identification of the source of patient pain, developing treatment programs for long-term pain relief, and providing quick pain relief for personal injury patients involved in motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and other professionals
• Experience in case management or a related field
• Knowledge of medical treatments and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Medical background or healthcare experience is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
