Role Description

As a full-time Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our property management team, responsible for :

• Sales and Leasing : Attract and secure prospective residents by showcasing our properties, highlighting features and amenities, and closing lease agreements.
• Resident Retention : Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication through various channels.
• Lease Administration : Manage the lease process from start to finish, including application processing, lease preparation, renewals, and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
