Established cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetic practice seeks an experienced back office Medical Assistant/Treatment Coordinator with (preferred) 2 years’ experience in Aesthetics, Plastics or Cosmetic Surgery.

You will wear many hats! Assist the MD in the operating room as well as cosmetic office procedures which include neurotoxin, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP and thread lifts.

You will assist with lab reviews, oversee prescription refill requests, following up and tracking patients’ treatment program, as well as taking vitals, phlebotomies, maintaining a sterile field, auto-claving instruments, and various other office skills and procedures. Responsible for taking clear, dynamic photos of patients. Confirm with each patient upon each visit that patient information on file with the practice is accurate and up-to-date. Accurately records updates and corrections as needed.

Having ongoing patient service / satisfaction relationship – Making sure they are happy, and that their questions or concerns are met in a prompt manner.

Keep track of wait time for each patient in the waiting room. If running very behind, offers solutions by communicating with Practice Manager or Doctor

You may also be required to assist as an operating room circulator, dispensing medications, maintaining sterile fields, autoclaving instruments and various other office and surgery center related skills and procedures. You will be responsible for venipuncture, vitals, rooming patients and turn around. Responsible for ensuring that the client has received all of the pre/post procedure planning, post care creams/ice packs, etc

Must be reliable, detailed oriented and provide 5-star customer service. Follows dress code and behaves and acts in a professional way that reflects the brand. Must know computer programs and social media marketing a plus.

The position is approximately 24-32 hours per week with the possibility of growing to fulltime.

This position is open, and the selected candidate can start ASAP.

Office hours are M – F 8:00am – 5pm

Compensation:

Competitive Salary $20 - $24 (DOE) Performance based bonuses. Quarterly allowance for aesthetic procedures performed in office. Discounted cosmetic surgery after 1 year. Medical Grade skincare at wholesale cost.
