Our medical office has an immediate need for an organized, energetic, charismatic, well spoken and reliable office assistant to assist our patients. We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. You are the face of our company when you speak to our patients. If necessary - we will train the right person. We promote from within, so career advancement is a possibility with this position. Many of our patients are Spanish speakers - Spanish language skills are very helpful.

Must Have:

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
