Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Technician to join our team. The Senior IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our organization's computer systems and networks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of various operating systems and networking technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions

- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement system improvements

- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of all IT equipment

- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment

- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

- Address escalations and onsite visits as needed

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization

- Proficiency in Mac OS & Windows operating systems

- Knowledge of computer networking principles including LAN/WAN technologies

- Experience with ticketing systems such as Autotask

- Familiarity with customer service best practices

- Understanding of computer security principles including firewalls and antivirus software
