Northern Jet is seeking a dedicated Trip Support Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL or Grand Rapids, MI.ResponsibilitiesAs a Trip Support Coordinator at Northern Jet, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our flight operations. Key Duties Include
Ensure all crew-members are accurately briefed or re-briefed of any and all duty assigned by the Northern Jet sales/scheduling department in accordance with Northern Jet’s Operations Manual, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, and department guidelines.
Maintain a professional phone demeanor.
Demonstrate customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task, collect & analyze data, define problems, establish facts & draw valid conclusions in a timely manner.
Ensure required trip sheets and all other required trip documents are sent to and received by the appropriate flight department and/or crew-members.
Ensure all required customs, immigration, international handling requirements, or foreign government regulations and requirements are met for every flight segment.
Responsible for the accurate and timely flight following for Northern Jet’s charter fleet and any supplier providing services and the efficient dissemination of such information to client services, scheduling, and all other necessary parties.
Responsible for obtaining, monitoring, tracking, and disseminating any operational restriction to daily operations including, but not limited to: NOTAMS, AROs, noise restrictions, FBO hours of operation, and airport capabilities.
Responsible for proactively monitoring weather and air traffic control status and any other possible schedule interruption to client services, scheduling, and all other interested parties as necessary.
Coordinate and arrange all trip logistics for crew and passengers as required, including but not limited to; catering, hotels, ground transportation and airline services.
Ensure to be detail orientated, utilize judgement to coordinate aircraft between locations.
Must be highly knowledgeable of Northern Jet’s Operations Manual, FAA and International Regulations, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to his/her duties.
Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications

Experience: Familiarity with JetInsight preferred.

Knowledge Requirements
Thorough understanding of 135 operations, FAA and International Regulations
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting, predominately in an office environment.
