Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Skills:
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Willingness to help out with other tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive customer experience
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with understanding of different types of beverages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
