Operations Associate
Role Profile Summary
The Operations Associate is responsible for assisting Lead and Associate Advisors in an effort provide exception service to the clients of Park Avenue Capital. This role requires outstanding organizational and communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
· Execute operational tasks including account opening, money movement transactions, and insurance policy implementation.
· Adhere to industry and company compliance standards.
· Maintain exceptional CRM records in accordance with Park Avenue Capital’s CRM guidelines and procedures.
· Provide exceptional client service by assisting with investment account service requests.
Qualifications
· Required
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience.
o Must be Series 7, 63 and Life/Accident/Health licensed or achieve within 6-months of start date
o 3-5 years in an operational role in the wealth management industry.

Pay: $76,295.00 - $85,225.00 per year
