**Job Title:** Operations Associate
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Salary Range:** $19 to $21 per hour
**Job Overview:**
An entry-level role, perfect for individuals starting their career in operations. Operations Associates support the operations team by coordinating day-to-day activities, organizing records, and handling logistical tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations activities
- Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation
- Collaborate with managers to establish procedures, policies, and processes
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle logistical tasks such as coordinating shipments and scheduling deliveries
- Assist in project management and tracking progress on various initiatives
- Assist with improving the effectiveness of our products and services for clients
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in operations or administrative support is a plus
- Must be fluent in English/Spanish
