Looking for an Receptionist/Patient Experience Liaison who can support the clinical team in all administrative aspects of outpatient medical care. This is an IN-PERSON role in Murray Hill, Manhattan

Salary: $18-20/hour, but would consider higher for a more experienced candidate).
Responsibilities:
Checking insurance eligibility and checking in patients
Scheduling follow up visits needed after every patient encounter
Managing and confirming provider schedules
Uploading and scanning daily reports.
Available to commute to and between 4 sites in Manhattan all accessible by public transportation.
Qualifications:
Potential for growth into a management role.
Must have strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of customer service and working as part of a team are very important.
Punctuality, a positive attitude and motivation to learn are essential for the role.
Past experience in a customer-facing role and/or past project management experience is helpful.
Must love people.
