Looking for an Receptionist/Patient Experience Liaison who can support the clinical team in all administrative aspects of outpatient medical care.

Salary: $18-20/hour, but would consider higher for a more experienced candidate).
Responsibilities:
- Checking insurance eligibility and checking in patients
- Scheduling follow up visits needed after every patient encounter
- Managing and confirming provider schedules
- Uploading and scanning daily reports.
- Available to commute to and between 4 sites in Manhattan all accessible by public transportation.
Qualifications:
- Potential for growth into a management role.
- Must have strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service and working as part of a team are very important.
- Punctuality, a positive attitude and motivation to learn are essential for the role.
- Past experience in a customer-facing role and/or past project management experience is helpful.
- Must love people.
- Must share company values of warmth, thoroughness, and inclusivity.
