Job Description :
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk with proficiency in Mandarin and English. Spanish language skills are recommended but not required. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of employee hours and wages.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with audits and provide support to the accounting team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Requirements :
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English ; Spanish language skills are recommended.
- Experience with QuickBooks Deskt op is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
