We are now hiring for an Experienced Audi Master Technician / Mechanic- Team Leader. To be considered, applicants must have Audi Master Technician certification and experience.

Responsibilities Audi Master Technician :

Assume shop leadership role and respond to Technicians’ questions and issues

Ability to maintain and repair shop equipment to assist teams

Confer with Service Manager or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to be performed.

Examine vehicles by providing professional level inspections to determine wear and extent of damage or malfunctions.

Repair and maintain all automobiles in the Audi product line

Full understanding of Warranty Policies and Procedures

Adequately note / document completed repairs and concerns through dealership DMS

Test and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.

Ensure that the work area is in excellent condition with regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition

Ability to operate shop equipment such as wheel balancer, brake lathe, vehicle lifts, computerized diagnostic equipment, OEM special tools, A / C machines, alignment machine, flush machines etc.

Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards

Clearly write and communicate needed repairs / maintenance and the parts and time needed to repair

Repair broken or worn mechanical and technology components

Maintain repair and service records

Install equipment, components, and systems

Test vehicles both before and after repair

Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

Qualifications / Requirements Audi Master Technician :

Master Technician Experience and Certification required

Exemplary team leadership skills

Must be able to show levels of Master Certification from Audi

Valid driver's license with good driving record and the ability to drive stick-shift vehicles.

Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

Ability to keep a clean work environment and follow safety guidelines

A good work ethic

Strong communication skills, written and oral
