Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Injector to provide exceptional aesthetic services to our clients! As a Nurse Injector specializing in neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, facials and skincare consults, you will be responsible for accurate assessment of each client, developing a treatment plan and administering injections to enhance our clients' appearance and boost their self-confidence. This role requires a high level of expertise in facial anatomy, injection techniques, skin conditions and a commitment to delivering safe and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Injection Procedures: Perform neurotoxin (e.g., Xeomin, Botox, etc.) and dermal filler (Versa, Juvederm, etc.) treatments on clients according to their individual needs and desires.
• Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, evaluate their medical history, and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
• Patient Education: Educate clients about the procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care to ensure informed decisions.
• Safety and Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean working environment, reducing the risk of infection or complications.
• Injection Techniques: Utilize advanced injection techniques to achieve natural-looking results while minimizing discomfort and downtime.
• Client Comfort: Ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed during procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment details, consent forms, and progress notes through our mobile app and EMR.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in neurotoxin, weight loss medications and management, injection techniques, and industry trends.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond calmly and efficiently to any adverse reactions or emergencies during treatments.
• Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment outcomes, make any necessary adjustments, and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to aesthetics and nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the state you are practicing, with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (RN or NP)
• Willingness to become trained in Aesthetic Injecting
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Continuous learning and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
