Job Description:

• Must be energetic and passionate about taking care of customers.
• Taking guest's orders for beverages.
• Accurately entering orders into POS system.
• Anticipating guest's needs and handling any complaints that may arise.
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the customers experience.
• Ensuring that guest's checks are closed out accurately.
• Following all State and Federal laws for responsible alcohol service.
• Responsible for properly handling cash in bar area drawer.
• Maintaining and expanding on knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Maintaining a clean bar environment and restocking when necessary.
• Completing RAMP certification.
• Complete other duties when management assigns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
