Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a passion for promoting and selling our diverse range of tours. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn a commission on all bookings made through accounts you sign on.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential partners including hotels, travel agents, and tour companies to sell Go Hawaii Watersports tours.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive sales growth.

Present and promote our tour packages to potential partners, highlighting the unique experiences and benefits we offer.

Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.

Provide ongoing support and communication to partners to ensure successful and seamless collaboration.

Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and growing business.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to maximize productivity.

Knowledge of the local tourism market and industry trends is a plus.

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor position, offering flexible hours and the potential to earn 5-10% commission on all bookings made through each account you secure.

There is no cap on earnings, providing a significant opportunity for motivated individuals to increase their income based on performance.
