ENT & Allergy office is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near San Francisco, CA

Our integrated clinical practice is looking for an efficient manager to lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff.

The candidate must be highly professional, personable, and share our commitment to outstanding patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a working ‘lead’ doing all the tasks that our staff do.
  • Assisting all schedulers, front desk staff and clinical assistants with any concerns related to their roles.
  • Work closely with providers and other staff in other departments and help with seamless inter-departmental communication
  • Train new hires
  • Manage staff schedule and ensure all providers are suitably staffed
  • Monitor and reduce patient wait times
  • Ensure patient registration (including insurance) and other forms for the practice are acquired before appointment
  • Manage inventory
  • Initiate processes to make patient experience better
  • Motivate and engage the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Committed to patient care by demonstrating compassion
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of various insurances and how they work
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, be flexible and a quick decision maker
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Ability to deal proactively with situations and work co-operatively with other staff and management to meet the changing needs of the office
  • Strong work ethics, reliability and punctuality
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a medical office

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
