What You Will Do:
CARES (Community Abatement Resource Economic Solutions) is designed as a comprehensive opioid abatement solution to help communities who have been affected by the opioid epidemic develop and implement plans, budgets, and evaluations to save lives.
As the Product Implementation Manager (CARES Coordinator), you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of our CARES solutions and working with multi-disciplinary team members. You will work on Statement of Work projects and provide report writing and/or database management skills. You will be able to help support Level II technical support tickets and act as SME for product enhancements and documentation. You will assist in the implementation of the CARES products by executing installations, upgrades, testing, and system configurations as part of completing implementation projects.
Client Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements for a successful implementation of the CARES solution
  • Guide clients through an implementation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform
  • Work closely with clients to configure and customize the CARES solution to align with their specific workflows and objectives
  • Provide expertise on best practices and optimal system configurations
Training and Support:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a thorough understanding of the CARES product
  • Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing questions and concerns throughout the duration of any project or process
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to address technical and operational issues
  • Escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, customizations, and key implementation details
Technical Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries, issues, and escalations after the sale of CARES.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to product installation, configuration, integration, and usage.
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues through phone, email, and remote support channels.
Customer Training and Onboarding:
  • Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to optimize their usage and satisfaction.
Solution Implementation:
  • Assist customers with the implementation and deployment of the CARES products or solutions within their environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Enablement, to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Technical Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.
  • Share technical expertise and insights with colleagues and stakeholders to improve team collaboration and customer support effectiveness.
Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:
  • Gather customer feedback, product enhancement requests, and feature requests to advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to prioritize and implement product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and support ticketing systems is a plus.
