Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through crafting delicious beverages.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of foods and drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front of House area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional menu items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
