Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans to improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
- Collect data on client behavior and progress
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to make informed decisions

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to work with individuals on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Understanding of care plans and medical records
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
