What You’ll Be Doing:

• Expert Prep: Prepare the operating room and equipment with exceptional attention to detail and safety.
• Collaborative Care: Work seamlessly with our top surgeons, nurses, and medical staff to ensure successful surgeries.
• Precision Assistance: Manage preoperative tasks, position patients expertly, and handle surgical sites with precision.
• Proactive Support: Anticipate and meet the needs of surgeons during procedures, and oversee equipment and inventory.
• Safety Focused: Monitor patient vital signs, adhere to strict infection control standards, and maintain confidentiality.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified and Experienced: You hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), have completed a surgical tech program, and possess certification with at least 1 year of cardiology experience.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re well-versed in surgical equipment and technology.
• Team-Oriented: Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment make you a great fit.
• Physically Fit: You’re comfortable standing for long periods and can lift up to 50 lbs with ease.
